Our Pearls

Not all pearls are the same. Ours are chosen with intention.

The Pearls We Use

We work exclusively with genuine, sustainably sourced freshwater pearls. Not the perfectly round, machine-graded kind. The ones with character.

Baroque Pearls

The word baroque comes from the Portuguese barroco — an irregularly shaped pearl. The world once used it as a criticism. We use it as a compliment.

Baroque pearls are not flawed. They are sculptural. Each one grows freely, without constraint, forming a shape entirely its own. No two are alike.

In a world of identical, machine-perfect spheres, a baroque pearl is the one that refuses to conform. We find that quietly radical.

Edison Pearls

Edison pearls cost more because they take more — more care, more patience, more years in the water. The result is a pearl that catches light differently than anything else.

How We Source

We source directly from small, independent farms — growers who share our belief that the best things cannot be rushed. Slow-grown pearls develop thicker nacre, richer colour, and greater resilience. We work with people who know their pearls by name.

How We Select

Every pearl is assessed by hand. We evaluate five qualities: lustre, shape, weight, surface, and character. If a pearl does not meet all five, it does not make the cut. There are no exceptions.

The Materials

Sterling silver — durable, hypoallergenic, honest.
18k gold plating — warm, chosen to complement, never compete.
Pure silk thread — knotted individually between every pearl. If a strand ever breaks, not a single pearl is lost.

Crafted to Last

Pieces are crafted to become your everyday staples, season after season.
