Returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery of your last item to return it — no explanation needed. That window extends over weekends and holidays, so you always have the full time. Return the piece as you received it: unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. Tags aren't required — we know jewellery is delicate.
Non-returnable items
Personalised and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Final sale items are final.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description. If confirmed, we'll cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement — your choice.
Return postage
Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we've agreed otherwise. We recommend a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed. If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't heard from us, please get in touch via our Client Care page.
